About the game

NOVA, your company's shiny new AI assistant, is due to go live tomorrow morning. Overnight something has gone wrong. NOVA is confidently making things up, giving different answers depending on who asks, and has just tried to email a confidential file to the whole company.

Your team has 60 minutes to get NOVA ready for launch. Each room you escape teaches one real skill: writing a prompt that gets the right answer first time, spotting a hallucination hiding in a confident report, catching a biased pattern, knowing what should never be pasted into an AI tool, and deciding which jobs to hand to AI and which to keep human.

Every room you escape wins one of NOVA's golden rules. Put all five together to unlock the launch switch. It's a proper escape game with a live leaderboard, but everyone leaves knowing how to use AI better at work, whatever their role.

What to expect

  • Five rooms, each built around a real AI skill
  • Prompt puzzles where the quality of your question unlocks the answer
  • Spot the made-up facts in a very confident AI report
  • Sort what's safe to share with an AI tool, and what isn't
  • A final lock built from the five golden rules you collect
  • A one-page AI rules card for everyone to keep afterwards

Questions

Do we need to know about AI?

Not at all. It's designed for everyone, from people who've never used an AI tool to keen daily users. The puzzles teach the skills as you go.

Do people need an AI tool to play?

No. Everything happens inside the game, so nobody needs an account or access to any AI tool.

Is it training or a game?

Both. It plays like our other escape games, with a story, puzzles and a leaderboard, but every room is built around a skill people can use the next day.

How does a hosted virtual game work?

Everyone joins your usual video call. We split the group into teams of up to 10, each in its own breakout room with a dedicated host who shares the game on screen and types in the answers the team agrees on. A live leaderboard keeps the competition going.

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday. Same-day sessions are sometimes possible on request: book as usual and we will confirm as quickly as we can.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

There is no maximum. The minimum booking is £150 + VAT, so groups under 13 people pay the minimum.
