How it works

From booking to winners in five simple steps

You book online in a few minutes. We take care of everything else, from hosts to scoring.

  1. Book online

Choose a game, enter your numbers, pick a date and time and pay by card or invoice. It takes about two minutes.

  2. Hosts matched

We split your group into teams of up to 10 and match a dedicated host to each team.

  3. We confirm the details

We get in touch to confirm timings, your video platform and anything else for the day, so you know exactly what to expect.

  4. Play the game

Each host shares the game, guides the team and keeps the energy up for 45–60 minutes.

  5. Results and winners

We bring everyone back together, reveal the leaderboard and crown the winning team.

FAQs

Good to know

How does a hosted virtual game work?

Everyone joins your usual video call. We split the group into teams of up to 10, each in its own breakout room with a dedicated host who shares the game on screen and types in the answers the team agrees on. A live leaderboard keeps the competition going.

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday. Same-day sessions are sometimes possible on request: book as usual and we will confirm as quickly as we can.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

There is no maximum. The minimum booking is £150 + VAT, so groups under 13 people pay the minimum.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. Choose invoice when you book and add your purchase order number if your finance team needs one.

What do participants need?

A laptop or desktop with a webcam and a good internet connection. Nothing to download. Phones work, but a bigger screen is better for the puzzles.

Which video platforms do you support?

Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. If you use something else, mention it when you book and we will check.
