Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you. Bookings made with less than 48 hours' notice are provisional until we confirm host availability.

Prices and payment

Prices are £12 per person plus VAT, with a minimum booking of £150 plus VAT. Invoices are payable before the event unless agreed otherwise.

Numbers

Tell us if your numbers change. You can add people up to 48 hours before the event. [Policy on reducing numbers to be confirmed.]

Cancellations

On the day

Participants need a computer with a webcam and a reliable internet connection. We are not responsible for problems with your own video platform or connection.
