About the session

Most AI training is generic: what AI is and what a large language model does. This is the opposite. Your people work on real tasks from their real jobs and learn to do them with AI.

It starts with just enough theory, shown live rather than on slides: what AI can and can't do, how to ask it well, how to check what it gives you and when not to use it. Then everyone gets hands-on, working through short exercises such as summarising a long document, drafting a customer email or outlining a presentation, with a host in every breakout room to help.

Next, each person picks a task from their own to-do list and does it with AI, then swaps with a partner: would you trust this? What would you change? The session ends with safe use (made-up facts, confidentiality, bias and over-reliance) and a personal plan of three tasks to start using AI for next week.

Questions

Who is it for?

Non-technical people in any role: operations, HR, finance, marketing, customer service, legal and more. No experience of AI needed.

Do people need an AI tool?

Yes. Everyone needs access to an AI chat tool, ideally the one your organisation already uses, so they learn on the tool they'll use every day. Let us know when you book if you don't have one.

Can you include our AI policy?

Yes. Send us your organisation's AI policy when we confirm the details and we'll cover what's encouraged and what isn't.

How does a hosted virtual game work?

Everyone joins your usual video call. We split the group into teams of up to 10, each in its own breakout room with a dedicated host who shares the game on screen and types in the answers the team agrees on. A live leaderboard keeps the competition going.

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday. Same-day sessions are sometimes possible on request: book as usual and we will confirm as quickly as we can.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

There is no maximum. The minimum booking is £150 + VAT, so groups under 13 people pay the minimum.
