About the session

Innovation workshops often produce sticky notes. This one produces working ideas.

Teams are given a real business challenge, such as cutting customer onboarding time in half or helping new starters get up to speed faster. With AI tools in hand, they research, prototype and build a concept they can show working, not just describe on a slide. Halfway through, a curveball arrives: a new constraint that forces every team to adapt.

It finishes with three-minute live demos. Judges score each idea on how feasible it is, the value it would bring, how responsibly it uses AI and the quality of the demo, and everyone votes for a People's Choice award. The best ideas often come from the least technical teams.

Questions

Do people need an AI tool?

Yes. Everyone needs access to an AI chat tool, ideally the one your organisation already uses. If you don't have one, let us know when you book and we'll talk through the options.

Can the challenge be about our business?

Yes, and that's when it's most valuable. Tell us about the challenge when you book, or we can use one of ours.

Who judges?

Your own leaders make great judges. Our hosts can judge if you'd prefer.

How does a hosted virtual game work?

Everyone joins your usual video call. We split the group into teams of up to 10, each in its own breakout room with a dedicated host who shares the game on screen and types in the answers the team agrees on. A live leaderboard keeps the competition going.

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday. Same-day sessions are sometimes possible on request: book as usual and we will confirm as quickly as we can.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

There is no maximum. The minimum booking is £150 + VAT, so groups under 13 people pay the minimum.
