About the session

The difference between a mediocre AI answer and a brilliant one is almost always the question. This competitive session teaches teams to get far better results from AI tools by practising on real work tasks, not abstract examples.

It starts with a quick live demo: the same request asked three different ways, and a dramatic difference in what comes back. Then come five simple habits: be specific, give context, show an example, give it a role, and keep refining.

Teams then go head to head. Everyone gets the same brief and the same AI tool, and the best output wins. The rounds get harder, from drafting a customer message to multi-step tasks that need several prompts chained together. It's a communication skill more than a technical one, so the winners are often not who you'd expect.

Questions

What's different in the 60-minute version?

The 60-minute version has the demo and two rounds (the same brief and the complex task). The 90-minute version adds a round where teams use what they've learned on a real task from their own work.

Do people need an AI tool?

Yes. Everyone needs access to an AI chat tool, ideally the one your organisation already uses. If you don't have one, let us know when you book and we'll talk through the options.

Is it technical?

No. Good prompting is about explaining clearly what you want, so it suits every team, from HR and marketing to finance and operations.

How does a hosted virtual game work?

Everyone joins your usual video call. We split the group into teams of up to 10, each in its own breakout room with a dedicated host who shares the game on screen and types in the answers the team agrees on. A live leaderboard keeps the competition going.

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday. Same-day sessions are sometimes possible on request: book as usual and we will confirm as quickly as we can.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

There is no maximum. The minimum booking is £150 + VAT, so groups under 13 people pay the minimum.
