About the session

Everyone knows rest matters. Fewer people know which habits make a real difference, or how to fit them into a busy week.

This session looks at the evidence on sleep, breaks and energy in plain English. Teams map their energy across a typical day, spot the dips and find out what helps: when to do focused work, why short breaks matter and how evening habits affect the next morning.

Everyone chooses two small experiments to try for a week, such as a proper lunch break or a cut-off time for work messages. Teams can check in on each other's experiments afterwards. It's practical and positive, with no lectures and no judgement.

Questions

What's different in the 60-minute version?

The 60-minute version covers energy, breaks and sleep more briefly, with the same experiments at the end.

Is it medical advice?

No. It shares well-established, everyday guidance. Anyone with ongoing sleep problems should speak to their GP.

Do people have to share their habits?

No. People reflect privately and only share what they want to.

How does a hosted virtual game work?

Everyone joins your usual video call. We split the group into teams of up to 10, each in its own breakout room with a dedicated host who shares the game on screen and types in the answers the team agrees on. A live leaderboard keeps the competition going.

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday. Same-day sessions are sometimes possible on request: book as usual and we will confirm as quickly as we can.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

There is no maximum. The minimum booking is £150 + VAT, so groups under 13 people pay the minimum.
