About the session

A mistake nobody owns up to. An idea brushed aside in a meeting. A quiet colleague who stops offering opinions. Small moments like these decide whether people feel safe to speak up, and teams that get them right make better decisions and catch problems sooner.

In this session teams watch short everyday scenes play out on screen and talk through what happened: what was said, what wasn't, and how it felt. Then they rewrite each scene so it goes better, and practise the words that make the difference.

The session ends with a one-page team charter: how you'll run meetings, respond to mistakes and make room for every voice. It's practical, often surprising and works for any team.

Questions

What's different in the 60-minute version?

The 60-minute version covers two scenes and a shorter charter. The 90-minute version includes all three scenes and more time to agree the charter.

What if our team doesn't get on?

The scenes are fictional, so people can talk about what happens without pointing fingers. That makes it a safe way to start a difficult conversation.

Should managers attend?

Yes. It works best when leaders take part alongside their teams.

How does a hosted virtual game work?

Everyone joins your usual video call. We split the group into teams of up to 10, each in its own breakout room with a dedicated host who shares the game on screen and types in the answers the team agrees on. A live leaderboard keeps the competition going.

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday. Same-day sessions are sometimes possible on request: book as usual and we will confirm as quickly as we can.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

There is no maximum. The minimum booking is £150 + VAT, so groups under 13 people pay the minimum.
