About the session

Hybrid and remote work brought flexibility, and also the ping of a message at 10pm, a calendar with no gaps and the feeling of always being on.

In this session everyone audits their own digital week: notifications, meetings, messages out of hours and how often they switch between tasks. The results are usually eye-opening, and often funny.

Then teams design their own "rules of the road": when to email and when to message, which meetings could be shorter or disappear altogether, what an out-of-hours message means and how to protect time for focused work. Everyone leaves with a few changes to make the next day, and a team agreement to keep each other on track.

Questions

What's different in the 60-minute version?

The 60-minute version combines the audit and the meetings review, leaving more time for the team rules.

Do people need to share their screen time?

No. Everyone audits their own week privately and only shares what they want to.

Does it cover AI tools?

It can. If your teams use AI assistants, we can include how they fit into a healthier working day.

How does a hosted virtual game work?

Everyone joins your usual video call. We split the group into teams of up to 10, each in its own breakout room with a dedicated host who shares the game on screen and types in the answers the team agrees on. A live leaderboard keeps the competition going.

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday. Same-day sessions are sometimes possible on request: book as usual and we will confirm as quickly as we can.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

There is no maximum. The minimum booking is £150 + VAT, so groups under 13 people pay the minimum.
