About the game
All aboard. It's Christmas Eve and the Midnight Express is setting off across Europe. Your team must reach the final station by morning.
At every stop, a puzzle built on a local Christmas tradition stands in the way: Krampus in Austria, the Yule Lads in Iceland, La Befana in Italy, the Caga Tió log in Catalonia and the Lucia procession in Sweden.
Teams discover how Christmas is celebrated around Europe as they go. It feels like an adventure rather than a quiz, and it's a lovely choice for international teams.

Questions
Do we need to know about European traditions?
No. Everything you need is in the puzzles, and you'll learn plenty along the way.
Is it good for international teams?
Yes. It celebrates traditions from several countries, so it's a great fit for teams spread across Europe or beyond.
How does a hosted virtual game work?
Everyone joins your usual video call. We split the group into teams of up to 10, each in its own breakout room with a dedicated host who shares the game on screen and types in the answers the team agrees on. A live leaderboard keeps the competition going.
How far ahead do we need to book?
At least 48 hours ahead, Monday to Friday. Same-day sessions are sometimes possible on request: book as usual and we will confirm as quickly as we can.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
There is no maximum. The minimum booking is £150 + VAT, so groups under 13 people pay the minimum.
